SUMMARY: Our Customer Service & Inside Sales team is the first line of support for our customers, where you’ll be providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding occurrences. Our team is dedicated to keeping our customers pleased with our products and services!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer telephone calls and/or emails from customers for the purpose of sales and support
- Collect customer information and payment for products and services
- Order processing
- Scheduling
- Communicating with customers and co-workers
- General office tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable transportation to work
- 1-3 Months relevant experience in customer service and pricing
- Basic writing, computer, and telephone skills
- Capable of problem solving, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 1-2 Years experience in customer service and sales order entry
- Prior knowledge of the construction or service industry
- Comfortable with data entry
